How does the Sculpt Set fit?

True to size with a compressive, second-skin feel. If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, size up. A full measurement guide is on the product page.

Can I do reformer-style workouts without a reformer?

The Pilates Bar Kit uses resistance bands to recreate many spring-based reformer movements at home. It does not replace a studio reformer, but it is a great daily tool.

How loud is the walking pad?

At walking speeds it is quiet enough for a video call nearby. It ships from a regional warehouse with a 2-year warranty and a region-specific plug.

Do you make weight-loss claims?

No. We design for strength, mobility and enjoyment, and we never promise specific body results.
